World Matchplay

This is a legs only event with the length of matches for each round changing over the years- more legs are played in the later rounds. The World Matchplay is the PDC’s second-longest-running tournament and has been staged at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool every year since 1994.

World Grand Prix

The Citywest Hotel, Dublin is the venue for this tournament in the autumn. This one comes with a twist- all players must start and finish each leg on a double! The event has 32-players with eight first round matches and attracts the biggest names in darts every year.
